This is the "humble" door to our apartment. As you can see our building is very...rustic (or maybe the word I am looking for is rusty). So, now that you know where we live stop by for a visit sometime; the electric kettle is always on!
I give you guys credit - this is definitely a humble abode - I hope you dont mind that I am being honest of my impression of this doorway but the outside does not always reflect the warmths of its owners and living space =) Theses are truly great shots - as they reflect the day to day life of your lives in Kiev
thats strange - the first time I came to your site, I did not see the figure 8 design but just a dark colored door - now that I am looking at it from a different computer, it looks entirely different! The door looks cusiony!
This is a fantastic photo, in and of itself! I'm sure you'd rather your front door had a bit more mass appeal, but it's really a wonderful, urban, very Kiev-y feeling scene you've captured here. Remember how the plain wardrobe door led to Narnia. . .I'd like to come in to tea :^) -Kim
